Teams of self-directed employees drive DE&I at Coverys. Importantly, they help us explore diverse ideas and advocate for mentoring and career development opportunities. Our DE&I Advisory Council is comprised of staff volunteers who support implementing consistent, intentional DE&I practices across the organization according to our goals.

Our DE&I plan includes important steps: listening to our employees, offering training opportunities designed to deepen awareness, and integrating DE&I into the fiber of our organization.
